ACCOUNTABILITY is expected in every contact and every training session. Mistakes are a natural part of development, and athletes are encouraged to learn from them. Coaches work with players to correct errors and continue their growth. This philosophy also applies to playing time, which is earned through preparation, effort and performance.

COMPETITION is an essential part of our training environment. Athletes compete in practice every day, and positions on the depth chart can change as players improve and demonstrate readiness for greater responsibility. Competition within training has been a key factor in both team success and the long-term development of our athletes.

Our team-first philosophy emphasizes personal SACRIFICE for the success of the group. Athletes are encouraged to support one another and ask themselves, “How have I contributed to my teammates today?” When players give to the team without expecting something in return, strong bonds develop and trust grows.

Coaches strive to earn the RESPECT of their athletes by building trust, creating meaningful connections and developing clear plans for each player’s development. In turn, athletes are expected to show respect to their teammates and contribute to an environment where TRUST allows everyone to hold one another accountable.
