Mission

Elite West strives to provide the best volleyball experience possible for a small, elite group of athletes throughout their time in the program. The club delivers a comprehensive training environment designed to maximize individual and team development, modelled after leading Canadian post-secondary programs.

Our development process has produced consistent results both on and off the court. Elite West is committed to developing athletes as people first and volleyball players second, building relationships that extend well beyond graduation.

Vision

Our vision is to create an environment where every athlete can identify and develop their unique gifts to the fullest extent possible, both as a volleyball player and as a person. Athletes are encouraged to apply those gifts in service of the team, reinforcing that individual success is realized through collective development, discipline and execution.
