FACILITY, SCHEDULE & FEES

Practice Facility

Practices take place at École Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys (SMB), located at 4700 Richard Road SW. Elite West has trained at this facility for more than 15 years.

The SMB gym allows us to run two courts simultaneously. This enables coaches to work with athletes in smaller groups to develop specific technical skills before transitioning to full-court team training.

This approach increases the number of meaningful ball contacts for each athlete and supports consistent technical development through high-repetition training.

Practice Schedule

Practices are scheduled consistently on weekday evenings to avoid conflicts with tournament competitions.

Current practice days:

  • Tuesday – U16 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm; U18 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm

  • Wednesday – U16 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm; U18 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm

  • Friday – U16 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm; U18 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Practice times are finalized and communicated to families once gym permits and school scheduling are confirmed.
